Ebikabowei Charles Dorgu – Managing Director / CEO : He is a seasoned leader in Nigeria’s energy sector, bringing a distinguished track record of successfully guiding indigenous oil companies. His previous roles as Managing Director of The Bayelsa Oil Company Limited (BOCL) and Halkin Exploration and Production Limited (HEPL) saw him instrumental in field development, production ramp-up, and strategic stakeholder engagement. Mr. Dorgu’s profound understanding of Nigeria’s petroleum landscape is underscored by his extensive experience in asset optimization, regulatory compliance, and upstream value creation. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Mr. Dorgu is an active and respected member of key industry bodies, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA).

Lawrence Ayebatonye Clement – Chief Operating Officer (COO): With over 15 years of comprehensive industry experience, Engr. Clement is pivotal in overseeing Boundless Oil and Gas Limited’s daily field operations, optimizing production performance, and ensuring asset integrity. He is a driving force behind the execution of the company’s strategic operational goals, championing efficiency, safety, and innovation across all upstream activities, including drilling, completions, and facility management. Engr. Clement holds a degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. His professional affiliations include the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSCHE), Nigerian Institute of Procurement Engineers (NIPROCE), and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).

Joel Ighorodhe Oke-Oghene – Chief Financial Officer (CFO): with over 15 years of extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning within the dynamic energy sector. As CFO, he adeptly manages the company’s financial operations, develops robust investment strategies, leads capital raising initiatives, and ensures stringent regulatory compliance. His strong background in corporate finance, meticulous budgeting, and effective cost control are instrumental in safeguarding the financial health and long-term sustainability of Boundless Oil and Gas Limited’s exploration and production activities. Mr. Oke-Oghene is a distinguished accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), holding both ACA and FCA designations, as well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Dr. Dickson Umukoro – Company Secretary / Legal Adviser: He is a wealth of expertise in corporate governance, oil and gas law, regulatory compliance, and complex contract negotiation within the energy sector. As the chief legal officer, he is instrumental in ensuring that Boundless Oil and Gas Limited operates within all applicable legal frameworks, while also providing critical support for strategic transactions, joint ventures, and stakeholder engagements. Dr. Umukoro also fulfills the vital role of Secretary to the Board of Directors, ensuring effective board processes and adherence to statutory compliance. He earned his Ph.D. in Law and an LL.M. in Oil and Gas Law with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. Dr. Umukoro is a proud member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN).

Engr. Modest Amannam – Technical Director With over 15 years of hands-on experience across critical aspects of field development, drilling operations, production optimization, and reservoir management. His expertise spans diverse terrains, including swamp, onshore, and shallow offshore environments. As Technical Director, he provides exemplary leadership to the company’s technical team, overseeing the meticulous planning and execution of all exploration and production activities. Engr. Amannam is committed to upholding operational excellence, stringent safety compliance, and achieving optimal resource recovery across all projects.
